How much does a Keepy storage unit cost?<\/h3>

From \u20ac35 a month.<\/strong> The price then depends on the size you need, from 1 to 12 m\u00b2, and the facility you choose. Insurance and access from 7am to 10pm, 365 days a year, are included, with no long-term commitment. You can also get up to 10% off<\/strong> when you pay in advance. Ask for a no-obligation quote and we\u2019ll confirm the price.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Is there a minimum stay?<\/h3>

No.<\/strong> The minimum stay is one month. After that, stay for as long as you need, with no penalty for leaving. To cancel, simply give 15 days\u2019 notice<\/strong> by phone, WhatsApp, email or at your facility\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

When can I access my storage unit?<\/h3>

Access is available 365 days a year, from 7am to 10pm<\/strong>, using your personal access card. Only you have the key to your unit\u2019s padlock. A member of our team is always at the facility during office hours, and a 24-hour phone line is available for emergencies outside those hours.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Are my belongings insured?<\/h3>

Yes, and it\u2019s included: your contract provides goods insurance of \u20ac500\/m\u00b2<\/strong>, up to a maximum of \u20ac3,000 per storage unit<\/strong>, at no extra cost. If you store more valuable items, you can increase your cover.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

What do I need to sign up?<\/h3>

If you\u2019re a private customer<\/strong>, you\u2019ll need your ID and a bank account or card. If you\u2019re a business<\/strong>, you\u2019ll also need your company tax number (CIF), deed of incorporation and the director\u2019s ID. Signing up is quick and you can sign online.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

What do I pay when I sign, and how are later payments collected?<\/h3>

When you sign up, you pay the current month plus a deposit equal to one month\u2019s rent<\/strong>, which we return by bank transfer when your contract ends. After that, payments are taken by direct debit or card between the 1st and 5th<\/strong> of each month.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Are there discounts for paying in advance?<\/h3>

Yes. Pay six months<\/strong> in advance and you get 5%<\/strong> off, and pay twelve months<\/strong>and you get 10%<\/strong>off. These are the only two discounts we offer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Can I switch to a larger unit if I run out of space?<\/h3>

Yes, at no extra cost<\/strong>. Let us know and we\u2019ll check availability for the size you need and move you to another unit. It works both ways: if you have too much space, you can downsize too.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

What can\u2019t I store?<\/h3>

Nothing perishable, flammable or hazardous: gas cylinders or pressurised gases, electric scooters and bicycles, illegal substances, weapons or plants. High-value items such as jewellery are also excluded. The full list is in your contract.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

It depends on what you\u2019re storing<\/strong> and for how long<\/strong>. Personal belongings you want to keep within reach for as long as you need: self storage. What size do I need?<\/h3>
