Goods reception
We meet the courier so you do not have to wait around. We check the delivery, put it in your unit and let you know it has arrived.
Order picking
We leave your goods sorted and ready for when you come, or we send them wherever you tell us.
Authorised people
You put in writing who can get into your unit besides you. Your staff or your courier can collect without you being there.
Itemised VAT invoice
Everything you pay is a deductible expense and comes with its invoice, without having to ask for it every month.
Several access cards per company
A card of their own for each authorised person, with a log of entries and exits if you need it.
Packing materials
Boxes, bubble wrap, tape and covers, in stock at the facility itself. Even if you are not a customer yet.

What businesses ask us
What is the difference between this and an ordinary storage unit?
The space is the same; what changes is everything around it. With the business service you get factura con IVA desglosado, several access cards for your team, goods reception with notification, and a log of entries and exits. A private customer needs none of that.
Can I use Keepy's address as my delivery address?
Yes. That is exactly what goods reception is for: your supplier delivers to the facility, we check the shipment, leave it in your unit and let you know. You do not need to be there.
Can I use it as my company's registered address?
No. It is a storage unit, not an office or a registered address. You can use it as a delivery address for goods and post.
What is the minimum term?
One month, the same as a private customer. No minimum term and no penalty: if the business changes, give us 15 days' notice.
What if I grow and need more space?
We move you to a bigger unit in the same facility with one phone call, charged pro rata by the day. No new contract and no sign-up fee.
Which facilities offer it?
All seven: Málaga (San Luis, Ciudad Jardín and La Huertecilla), Marbella, Estepona, Mijas-Fuengirola and Seville. Some services, such as order picking, depend on each facility's capacity — ask us about yours.
