What you ask us before signing up
Is there a minimum stay?
No. The minimum stay is one month, and after that you stay for as long as you need, with no penalty for leaving. To cancel, just give us 15 days’ notice.
What time can I get in?
365 days a year, from 7am to 10pm, with your personal access card. Only you have the key to the padlock on your door.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes, and it’s included: your contract comes with goods insurance of €500/m², up to a maximum of €3,000 per storage unit, at no extra cost.
What do I need to sign up?
If you’re a private customer, your ID and a bank account or card. If you’re a business, you’ll also need your company tax number (CIF), deed of incorporation and the director’s ID.
