Storage unit, furniture storage or business storage
How do I know which service I need?
Two questions: what you are storing and for how long. If they are your own things and you want them within reach for an indefinite time, it is a storage unit. If it is a whole house while a move or building work lasts, it is furniture storage. If it is stock or archives for a business, it is business storage. If you are not sure, call us on 695 667 153 and we will sort it out in five minutes.
Aren't furniture storage and a storage unit the same thing?
At Keepy the space is the same, but the service is not. With furniture storage we can come and collect your furniture from your home and pack it, and it is designed for a transition. A storage unit you handle yourself and it has no end date. You can get into both whenever you like, which is what sets us apart from the classic sealed-container furniture storage.
Can I change service or size later on?
Yes. If you started as a private customer and your business grows, we move you to the business service with an invoice. And if you need more or less space, we move you to another unit in the same facility with one phone call, with no penalty and charged pro rata by the day.
What is the minimum term I have to sign up for?
One month for every service. There is no penalty for leaving: give us 15 days' notice and that is it.
Does the insurance cover my things across all the services?
Yes: €500/m² up to a maximum of €3,000 per unit, at no extra cost. If you are storing something worth more, it can be extended.
What about special items, like motorbikes or instruments?
Those are assessed one by one: size, access, conditions and insurance cover. Tell us what it is by phone or WhatsApp and we will tell you whether we can and how.
