The questions that apply to any facility
Is there a minimum term?
No. The minimum stay is one month, and from there you stay as many as you need, with no penalty for leaving. To close your account just give us 15 days' notice by phone, WhatsApp, email or at your facility's office.
What time can I get into my storage unit?
365 days a year, from 7am to 10pm, with your personal access card. Only you have the key to your own padlock. During office hours there is always someone from the team at the facility, and for emergencies outside those hours there is a 24-hour helpline.
Are my things insured?
Yes, and it is included: the contract carries goods insurance of €500/m², up to a maximum of €3,000 per unit, at no extra cost. If you are storing something worth more, the cover can be extended.
What do I need in order to sign up?
If you are a private customer, your ID and a bank account or card. If you are a company, also the tax number, the deed of incorporation and the director's ID. Signing up is quick and the contract can be signed online.
What do I pay on signing, and how am I charged afterwards?
When you sign up you pay the current month plus one month's deposit, which we return by bank transfer when the contract ends. From then on, payments are taken by direct debit or card between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
Are there discounts for paying in advance?
Yes. Paying six months in advance gets you 5% off, and paying twelve months, 10%. Those are the only two discounts we offer.
Can I change size if I run out of room?
Yes, and free of charge. You let us know, we look for availability in the size you need and we move you to another unit. It works both ways: if you have space to spare, you can go down too.
What can't I store?
Nothing perishable, flammable or dangerous: gas bottles or pressurised gases, electric scooters and bikes, illegal substances, weapons or plants. Nor high-value items such as jewellery. The full list is in the contract.
Storage unit, furniture storage or business storage? Which one is mine?
It depends on what you are storing and for how long. Your own things that you want within reach with no end date: a storage unit. A whole house while a move or building work lasts: furniture storage. Stock or archives for a business: business storage. We explain it in detail on Services →
What size do I need?
We have from 1 m² up to 12 m². If you do not know where to start, the calculator gives you a recommendation in 30 seconds based on what you are going to store. Work out your size →
