Is there a minimum stay?
No. Stay for as many months as you need and leave when you want, with no penalties. To cancel, simply give us 15 days’ notice by phone, WhatsApp, email or at the facility’s office.
When can I access my storage unit?
365 days a year, from 7am to 10pm, using your personal access card.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes. Your contract includes goods insurance of €500/m², up to a maximum of €3,000 per unit, at no extra cost.
Can I switch to a larger unit if I run out of space?
Yes, at no extra cost. If you need more or less space, we can move you to another unit whenever you need.
Do you have parking?
Yes: free parking, trolleys and a loading and unloading area within the premises.
Can I receive parcels and purchases at the facility?
Yes, we accept your deliveries so you don’t have to wait for them.
What do I need to sign up?
Private customers need their ID and a bank account or card; signing up is quick and you can sign online. Businesses also need their company tax number (CIF), deed of incorporation and the director’s ID.
How do I get there from Fuengirola?
It takes just a few minutes via the N-340 or A-7. We’re in Las Lagunas, with easy access and parking for unloading.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Fuengirola — the centre, Los Boliches, Torreblanca, El Coto and Carvajal — as well as Mijas and Las Lagunas, and as far as Benalmádena along the A-7.
Is the facility in Mijas or Fuengirola?
In Las Lagunas (Calle Verónica 15), just beside Fuengirola. It’s your local storage facility for Fuengirola and the surrounding area.
Do you sell boxes and packing materials?
Yes, you’ll find boxes, packing tape and protective materials at reception, even if you’re not yet a customer.
How do I pay?
When you sign up, you pay the current month plus a deposit equal to one month’s rent, which we return by bank transfer when your contract ends. After that, payments are taken by direct debit or card between the 1st and 5th of each month.
Are there discounts for paying in advance?
Yes. Pay six months in advance for a 5% discount, or twelve months for 10% off.
What can’t I store?
Nothing perishable, flammable or hazardous: gas cylinders or pressurised gases, electric scooters and bicycles, illegal substances, weapons or plants. High-value items such as jewellery are also excluded. Full details are in your contract.
What if I have an emergency outside office hours?
A member of our team is always available during office hours, and we have a 24-hour phone line for emergencies.
